WTF does NOT deliver to Hospitals, Same-Day Surgery Centers, or Outpatient Clinics.
PLEASE ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS YOUR order.CONFIRMATION OF AVAILABILITY WILL BE COMMUNICATED PRIOR TO DELIVERY.NO MONEY = NO FLOWERS. NO EXCEPTIONS!
While I make every effort to respond to inquiries in a timely fashion; please remember that I am a "one woman show". That means - WTF does not have a team of “tiny flower minions” mass producing your bouquets. I am the one and only “tiny flower person” (with a BIG personality) bangin' out all the WTF bouquets. I take every single order, drive near and far to source all of the products, design every arrangement, hand write each enclosure card (novel length or a single emoji) and then I personally deliver every bouquet and set up every event, MYSELF.
Submitting an inquiry in no way guarantees a floral delivery will be made on your behalf nor will WTF hold your event date. I will contact you directly to CONFIRM your request by sending a detailed invoice or estimate based on the information you've provided. If I am unavailable for your date or unable to meet your floral request I will let you know you as soon as possible by contacting you via email or phone. No stringin’ along happenin’ here!

Cancellation & Postponement Etiquette
Cancel anytime! No strings attached! No questions asked!In turn WTF requests a courtesy email THREE business days PRIOR to your next scheduled subscription payment deduction to confirm cancellation or postponements. This helps you avoid additional charges. Cancellation & postponement requests received within this three day window or after your payment has already been processed can not be refunded. By this point product has already been ordered & purchased to fulfill your scheduled flower request. However, WTF will honor your payment as a credit towards future orders.
